This personal data privacy policy applies to the personal data received or held by Brand’s Suntory entities about job applicants.

At Suntory, your right to privacy and to the protection of your personal data is important. Personal data is data about you from which you can be identified. Retention of your personal data
If you do not go into an employment relationship with Suntory, Suntory may retain your personal data and other information for at least one year from the date of your job application, for the purpose of assessing your suitability and job fit for other job vacancies within the Brand’s Suntory. If a suitable vacancy arises in another Brand’s Suntory entity, we may send your application to that entity for consideration. If you are employed by Suntory, your personal data and other information will be kept during the period of your employment. Upon termination of your employment with Suntory, Suntory may retain your personal data and information if necessary for legal or business purposes, including without limitation the purpose of considering you for future job opportunities within the Brand’s Suntory .
