Job Purpose
- To monitor, plan, measure and supervise daily production operations to achieve target and quality following Production standard instructions and Quality policy
- To maintain implementation of TPM project and all concerned activities
Principle Accountability
- Ensures production meets or exceeds the target output and operate within the company’s efficiency and quality standard
- Monitors quality of incoming raw materials and finished products by reviewing lab data
- Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
- Supervises employee in production to ensure safety, quality, GMP and productivity
- Oversees and or conducts training of new or existing employees
- Work closely with Engineers in learning the process and equipment troubleshooting, establish standard operating procedures and train all production operators
- Work closely with other counterparts in understanding critical operational duties and tasks required, such as fulfilling production shipments with good quality products to customers on time, manpower planning and management, basic process understanding and troubleshooting, participating in Lean/Kaizen projects, etc.
- Control and minimize wastage of raw materials, indirect materials, packaging materials and products
- Closely monitor the usage of manpower and daily direct labor productivity in the section
