Regional FP&A Manager

Description

Job Purpose:

The Manager – FP&A (Marketing Biz Partner) performs strategic financial analysis for business opportunities and risks, financials for new product development, business planning and performance monitoring

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Strategic Finance analysis, scenario planning and budgeting
  • Support financial modelling for new product development, pricing strategies, route to market strategies, trade spend policies, other commercial and research initiatives
  • Perform ROI analysis of effectiveness of campaigns, and A-spending
  • Adhere to the Company’s Policies and Guidelines
  • Other duties as per assignment
Qualification

Qualifications:

  • Degree in related field
  • Strong financial modelling skills and business acumen with the ability to drive projects from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles with the ability to apply this knowledge to support business need
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to professional interact with all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to partner cross-functional with various stakeholders to produce and deliver well-synthesized analyses, narratives and recommendations to diverse audiences including senior Management
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic company environment
