Job Purpose
- To monitor and improve Production process to ensure that all production processes are in line with quality system and maintain overall quality system ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction
- To assure that the finished goods delivered to our customers is defect free and safe for Consumption
Principle Accountability
- Evaluate QC/QA function and production process ensuring always in line with quality system
- Improve production process and QC/QA function for prevent unquality and unsafe product
- Problem solving to prevent reoccurrence
- Create and maintain the activity to assure that the FG in trade is still good and safe for Consumption
- Review test method and equipment in process based on Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) ensuring accuracy and reliability
- Issue Product Certificate of Analysis (COA), notification and follow up
- Update and maintain product coding system
- Update quality plan, quality manual
- Control Department’s Document: Quality plan, HACCP Plan, GMP Procedure, Process flow & Specification, Process validation and monitoring report, Standard Testing methods and rework procedure ,statistical FG quality report, FG testing report/COA, and product regulations/requirements update
- Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system
- To coordinate and support data for customer complaint issue to ensure that concerned party get the feedback timely
- To handle in the activities of the company's policies such as 5S GMP Kaizen SGA TPM and other quality activities.
